The Mountberry Adult Day Service provides regularly planned ‘days out’ for elderly and disabled adults in a structured, group setting. Programs are designed to meet a variety of needs and interests and to assist individuals in their ability to achieve and maintain their maximum level of functioning, postpone or prevent institutionalization, and provide respite for caregivers.
Some of the services provided include lunch, personal care assistance and medication reminders.
Daily transportation services to and from the program may be arranged for individuals who qualify for DARTS.

Meadowlands Adult Day Services

The Meadowlands Adult Day Service is designed to support individuals with advanced progressive dementia. They offer a small group setting with constant staff support and supervision.
Programs include daily exercise, social, recreational, and cognitive activities that are designed to promote well-being and optimize health, while providing respite for caregivers.
Participants enjoy hot meals, refreshments, medication reminders and personal care assistance.
Meadowlands ADS supports participants by engaging them in physical and social activities that boost self-esteem, and provides relief for family caregivers.
